I got back late from work on Josie's first day at school. So when I woke up the next day, I asked her to tell me all about it. She did so in her own inimitable way, I'm glad I had the presence of mind to record it!
You join the story a little way in, because that presence of mind kicked in only after she'd begun.

This is so lovely, Jose seems to remember every detail. We listened all the way through and Jose was singing her song whilst Ed finished the washing up. I love your blog!!!
Brilliant idea Adam! She is a natural. I think the recordings of me at that age mostly consisted of me breathing heavy into the microphone (kind of awkward and creepy!)This is classic, she is going to love that twenty years from now (as is everyone else). My favorite part was " Next did words.. and I was SO clever at it!"
